This is the first step to having Tender Touch Pet Services take care of your pet(s). You may reach us on Facebook, by email, or by phone at (530) 280-1147. We will gather preliminary information about your pet-sitting needs, answer any questions you may have, and give you an overview of our services.
Before we schedule your first pet-sitting service, we will schedule a complimentary Meet & Greet. During this meeting, we will review your home and pet care requirements, clarify any instructions, and determine how we will access your home for pet care. Most importantly, we will get to spend time getting to know your pet(s).
Our secure "Client Portal" allows you to provide complete instructions for your home and pet care. You will be able to document your pet's personal preferences, as to feeding, walking, playing, likes, and dislike. We ask for a lot of detailed information, so we know about your home and pet enabling us to provide the best possible care. The more information you share, the more it helps us to get to know your pet(s). We will review/discuss your home and pet profiles before our first visit.
We use a state-of-the-art client information and scheduling system (Precise Petcare) to keep track of all your home and pet care information. This online "Client Portal" allows you to update information as needed, schedule services, and add notes to your upcoming visits. Our system required 24-hour notice for online scheduling, so if you have a last-minute request, you must contact us by phone at (530) 280-1147.
